Durchführung

Zunächst wird der Zustand und die Belegung des einzelnen Installationsschachtes mittels Videoendoskopie geprüft. Vorbereitend werden alle Mediendurchführungen brandschutztechnisch bewertet und wenn notwendig ertüchtigt. Anschließend werden kleine Öffnungen für das Verfüllen etagenweise erstellt und die Steinwoll-Flocken eingeblasen. In diesem Fall konnte ein Großteil des Einblasverfahrens von dem Dachgeschoss aus befüllt werden, da die Schächte zum einem sehr groß waren und teilweise marginal belegt.  Durch die Firma Kematherm Halberstadt GmbH als erfahrene Verarbeiter reduzieren sich die notwendigen Zeiten in vermieteten Objekten zeitlich auf ein Minimum!

Die speziell entwickelte Einblasmaschine und die Einfülldüse sorgen für den richtigen Druck, um eine homogene Verfüllung mit einer Rohdichte von 100 bis 120 kg/m³ zu erreichen. Die Maschine selbst kann überwiegend mobil vor dem Gebäude aufgestellt werden und belästigt die Mieter oder Eigentümer des Gebäudes dadurch nur minimal.

Selbstverständlich überzeugt unser ausführendes Personal durch Kompetenz und freundliches, zuvorkommendes Auftreten. Gerade bei einer Sanierung im Bestand sind dies für unsere Kunden überzeugende Kriterien.

Ziel der beschriebenen Maßnahme und grundsätzlich des vorbeugenden baulichen Brandschutzes ist es, die Entstehung und Ausbreitung von Feuer sowie die Übertragung von Feuer in andere Brandabschnitte zu verhindern. Für das zu erreichende Schutzziel, nämlich die Rettung von Menschen, nimmt die Vermeidung von Rauchübertragung eine ebenso brisante und bedeutungsvolle Stellung ein. Insbesondere die Gebäudetechnik birgt hier ein nicht unerhebliches Risikopotenzial.
